COLLECTION USE OF INFORMATION FROM REGISTRATION FOR SERVICES BOX
- Collection of Phone Numbers. We collect your phone numbers only when you voluntarily provide it to us, for example, during order transactions, inquiries, or when you sign up for our promotional messages. At that time and location, you can opt in to receive Text and SMS messages during checkout by clicking the appropriate sign-up box and providing your phone number. We also collect the content of the messages both sent from us and your response if any.
- We store your telephone number and your consent for use of your telephone number for text and SMS message allowing use to send you Text and SMS campaigns and communications. The information is stored in a location and on a server which meets or exceeds industry standards including firewalls, secured facilities, and logged and limited access.
- Use of Registration Information. Your phone numbers are primarily used to provide you with confirmation of your requested services. These text messages are related to our products, services, discounts, or any updates we may have that we think may interest you. You may receive up to 10 messages a week. SMS messaging charges may be applied by your carrier. You do not need to sign up for SMS Messages to receive information about current promotions as the same may be found on our website or may be sent to via social media or email. We may use your phone number to communicate with you for customer service and support or payment verification. We use the same to improve our services and communications and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Sharing of Registration Information. We do not share or sell your registration information for marketing or promotional matters. We may provide your number to our SMS provider who allows us to send you our Text and SMS campaigns. Our Service Provide is not authorized to use your phone number for any purpose other than providing services to us. We may share it when required by law, such as responding to a legal request, court order, or government agency request.
- Opting out of Text and SMS Market Messages. If at any time you wish to stop receiving marketing SMS from us, you can opt out by Texting STOP to opt-out. Please note that the opt-out process may take up to 10 business days to become effective. During this period, you may still receive some messages from us. Once you have opted out, we will not send you any more Text or SMS messages, nor will we share, sell or license your phone number to another party.

HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR STATE RIGHTS.

- Response and Timing. Before processing your request, we may need to verify your identity and confirm you are a resident of the state you have identified. In order to verify your identity, we will generally either require the successful authentication of your email, or the matching of sufficient information you provide us to the information we maintain about you in our system. We will process requests to opt-out of sharing your sensitive information within 10 business days, subject to any applicable exceptions and extensions permitted by law. We will process all other privacy requests within 45 days, subject to any applicable exceptions and extensions permitted by law. In certain circumstances, we may decline a privacy rights request, particularly where you are not a resident of a state which grants you additional state rights or where we are unable to verify your identity, or our retention of your information is compelled by law or is preserved for proof of compliance.
- Submitting Authorized Agent Requests. In certain circumstances, you are permitted to use an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf through the designated methods set forth above where we can verify the authorized agent’s authority to act on your behalf. In order to verify the authorized agent’s authority, we require evidence of either: (i) a valid power of attorney; or (ii) a signed letter containing your name and contact information, the name and contact information of the authorized agent, and a statement of authorization for the request. Depending on the evidence provided and your state of residency, we may still need to separately reach out to you or the Resident to confirm the authorized agent has permission to act on your behalf and to verify your identity in connection with the request.
