  • Log and Usage Information, including the date and time you access our Website, the site or advertisement you came from, and/or the site you visit when you leave our Website, the frequency with which you access and use our Website, the pages that you navigate to, the links that you click, and other information about your interactions with the Website.
  • Commercial information, which includes records of your purchases of products or services from us or our clients for whom we are providing advertising services; as well as profile information relating to your interests, feedback information, communication preferences, customer service and communication history, or information related to your interests, history, or tendency toward products and services, articles, and the like.
  • No Collection From Individuals Under the Age of Sixteen (16). We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose Personal Information from children under the age of sixteen (16). By using our Website, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age.

HOW WE MAY COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION.

We collect your personal information in the following ways:

COLLECTION USE OF INFORMATION FROM REGISTRATION FOR SERVICES BOX

  • Collection of Phone Numbers. We collect your phone numbers only when you voluntarily provide it to us, for example, during order transactions, inquiries, or when you sign up for our promotional messages. At that time and location, you can opt in to receive Text and SMS messages during checkout by clicking the appropriate sign-up box and providing your phone number. We also collect the content of the messages both sent from us and your response if any.
  • We store your telephone number and your consent for use of your telephone number for text and SMS message allowing use to send you Text and SMS campaigns and communications. The information  is stored in a location and on a server which meets or exceeds industry standards including firewalls, secured facilities, and logged and limited access.
  • Use of Registration Information. Your phone numbers are primarily used to provide you with confirmation of your requested services. These text messages are related to our products, services, discounts, or any updates we may have that we think may interest you. You may receive up to 10 messages a week.  SMS messaging charges may be applied by your carrier. You do not need to sign up for SMS Messages to receive information about current promotions as the same may be found on our website or may be sent to via social media or email. We may use your phone number to communicate with you for customer service and support or payment verification.  We use the same to improve our services and communications and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Sharing of Registration Information. We do not share or sell your registration information for marketing or promotional matters.  We may provide your number to our SMS provider who allows us to send you our Text and SMS campaigns.  Our Service Provide is not authorized to use your phone number for any purpose other than providing services to us. We may share it when required by law, such as responding to a legal request, court order, or government agency request.
  • Opting out of Text and SMS Market Messages. If at any time you wish to stop receiving marketing SMS from us, you can opt out by Texting STOP to opt-out.  Please note that the opt-out process may take up to 10 business days to become effective. During this period, you may still receive some messages from us.  Once you have opted out, we will not send you any more Text or SMS messages, nor will we share, sell or license your phone number to another party.

COOKIE NOTICE.

RETENTION POLICY.

We will retain your personal information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Notice unless a longer retention period is required or allowed under law.  To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information; the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of the personal information; the purposes for which we use the personal information; whether we can achieve the purposes through other means; and the applicable legal requirements.

If we de-identify information, we will maintain and use the information in de-identified form and not attempt to re-identify the information except as required or permitted by law.

If you no longer wish for us to use your information to provide services and products to you, you may close your account.  Although your deactivated status is reflected promptly in our user databases, we may retain the information you submit for a variety of purposes, including legal compliance, backups and archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, and analytics.  If your account is canceled because you have not used it in a long time, we may delete this information at any time.  There may be occasions where we are unable to fully delete, anonymize, or de-identify your information due to technical, legal, regulatory compliance, or other operational reasons.  Where this is the case, we will take reasonable measures to securely isolate your Personal Information from any further processing until such time as we are able to delete, anonymize, or de-identify it.

INFORMATION SECURITY.

CHANGES AND UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time.  Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the updated Privacy Policy, or such later date as may be specified in the updated Privacy Policy.  Please revisit this page periodically to stay aware of any changes to this Privacy Policy. The exception to this Right is our ability to disclose, share, and sell your Personal Information to parties who provide to you the services and products you requested at registration.
  • RIGHT TO OPT-OUT OF TARGETED ADVERTISING/SHARING. You are to broadcast a signal from your browser or device that directs an organization to cease providing their Personal Information to parties for the purposes of targeted advertising. Again, in making this request, we will need to verify your Personal Information in order to ensure we remove any Personal Information from our database that may be shared for targeted advertising.
  • RIGHT TO OPT-OUT OF PROFILING. You have the right to opt-out of use of your Personal Information including work performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location, etc. to create a profile of you for targeted advertising.
  • RIGHT TO PORTABILITY. The right to obtain a copy of your Personal Information in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows you to transmit the data to another entity without hindrance.
  • RIGHT AGAINST DISCRIMINATION OR RETALIATION. You have the right to not receive retaliatory or discriminatory treatment in connection with a request to exercise the above rights.
  • RIGHT TO PARTY IDENTITY. Depending on your state, you have the right to the category of entities with whom we disclosed your Personal Information. Residents of Delaware, Maryland, Minnesota and Oregon may be able to obtain the identity and contact information of those parties.

HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR STATE RIGHTS.

  • Response and Timing. Before processing your request, we may need to verify your identity and confirm you are a resident of the state you have identified. In order to verify your identity, we will generally either require the successful authentication of your email, or the matching of sufficient information you provide us to the information we maintain about you in our system. We will process requests to opt-out of sharing your sensitive information within 10 business days, subject to any applicable exceptions and extensions permitted by law. We will process all other privacy requests within 45 days, subject to any applicable exceptions and extensions permitted by law. In certain circumstances, we may decline a privacy rights request, particularly where you are not a resident of a state which grants you additional state rights or where we are unable to verify your identity, or our retention of your information is compelled by law or is preserved for proof of compliance.
  • Submitting Authorized Agent Requests. In certain circumstances, you are permitted to use an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf through the designated methods set forth above where we can verify the authorized agent’s authority to act on your behalf. In order to verify the authorized agent’s authority, we require evidence of either: (i) a valid power of attorney; or (ii) a signed letter containing your name and contact information, the name and contact information of the authorized agent, and a statement of authorization for the request. Depending on the evidence provided and your state of residency, we may still need to separately reach out to you or the Resident to confirm the authorized agent has permission to act on your behalf and to verify your identity in connection with the request.
